Description: A free mobile app, is a bit like having nutritionist with you all time. This app provides an opportunity to provide a tool which support direct contact of patient with nutritionist. Patient or user can message nutritionist asking his/her health or diet issues. This app’s interface is easy to use.One of the difficult tasks in staying healthy is maintaining a good diet. Exercise is also definitely important. The purposed product Food and Nutrition is like a nutritionist with its user. It will provide facility to calculate BMI, body fat, calorie, blood volume. According to calculated result user can adopt 7 days diet plan (Overweight/Under Weight/Normal). Exercise plan is also available. User can directly message and ask nutritionist about health issue. Nutritionist can read message and answer to the patient.
